CROCHET BAND INFO
if you are ordering this attachment for your dog or cat, please note that we can not guarantee the colour of the band. The colours we usually have are either black or white. If you want one of those specifically, it is advisable to message us first to make sure we have it in stock.
We do also advise that you provide us with your pets neck measurement. For example: if you are ordering a large size bow tie, but it is for a small dog (chihuahua, dachshund etc) is best to provide this information. Otherwise it will come with a large size band.
if no size is provided, then the crochet will be made with our standard sizing to each bow.
ADVICE
Your pet must be supervised at all time when wearing our product. Colours may vary, depending on the screen you are viewing from.
BADGE INFO: The badges do not contain pins. They cannot be removed from the bow ties. Avoid getting them wet, as they are not waterproof.

Shipping times will vary with each item. So please make sure you check before the times before the ordering. Some items may take a little longer to make than others. We aim to ship within 3-5 working days, but please be advised that this may not always be possible, especially during busy times. If you are wanting something in a hurry, or for a special occasion, drop us an email first.

International Orders: We welcome orders, from all around the world. To give you the most affordable options, we offer STANDARD Royal Mail. If you select this, please bare in mind that this DOES NOT come with tracking. There is an option to upgrade, with tracking, at the checkout. We do not take any responsibility for postal delays, once it has left us.
