Delivery Returns and Refunds
Items that are made to order will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Harnesses and leads will be shipped within 1-2 working days, unless you have included made to order items. Custom orders can take 10-14 working days, depending on the level of work involved. If you still unsure, please drop us a message. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods.
We accept returns on harnesses, if your dog's size isn't quite right. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Harnesses must be returned in an unused, clean condition. If the harness is faulty, or damaged in transit, Franky's Bowtique will cover the return postage and provide a replacement or refund.
As long as your Franky’s Bowtique products are unopened and unused we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note we DO NOT accept returns on personalised/Custom items.
We'll process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your refund will go back to back to the original payment. Please allow 3-10 working days for it to show up in your account.
