Customs, Duties & Import Tax

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT and/or handling fees once they arrive in the destination country. 

These charges are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, Franky's Bowtique has no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be, as they vary from country to country. 

If customs charges are refused and your parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued once the order has been received back. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
